Surprice Car Rentals announced on April 6 that it has entered the Japanese market with two new locations in Okinawa: Naha Airport and the Akamine Monorail Station.
The Naha Airport (OKA) is located 2.5 miles west of Naha, the capital of Okinawa Prefecture, and is the largest airport on the island.
The new branches provide convenient access to rental cars for arriving travelers. Customers can choose from a rental fleet that includes mini, compact, standard, and intermediate vehicles for various travel needs.
Okinawa, the southernmost prefecture in Japan, is known for its lush tropical climate, crystal-clear beaches, and rich cultural heritage. Unlike mainland Japan, Okinawa boasts a unique blend of traditional Ryukyu culture, scenic landscapes, and vibrant local life. Visitors can explore historic castles, serene gardens, and pristine coastlines.
The launch in Okinawa further strengthens the company’s growing footprint in Asia and reinforces its long-term vision of building a dynamic global network focused on customer-centric travel experiences.
