U-Save Car & Truck Rental set up its first sub-franchise in Turkey, marking the brand’s expansion across the country.

Just one month after acquiring the U-Save Master Franchise for Turkey, Volkan Büyükçolpan and Cagatay Kunac have completed the sale and start of their first sub-franchise with the opening of a new U-Save location at Nevşehir Airport.

Nevşehir Kapadokya Airport (NAV) is a public regional airport located in the Gülşehir district, about 19 miles northeast of Nevşehir city center, serving the Cappadocia region of Turkey. It provides crucial access to Cappadocia's tourist attractions and primarily handles domestic flights, operated by Turkish Airlines and Aje. Nevsehir lies in Central Turkey, about 174 miles southeast of Ankara and 472 miles southeast of Istanbul.

This launch marks the first operational step in U-Save’s long-term growth strategy across Turkey and introduces the brand to the Nevşehir market through a new partnership with Ersoy Tekin, a respected, established name in the Turkish car rental industry.

The Nevşehir Airport branch is expected to serve as a strong foundation for future U-Save locations nationwide.

“Volkan and Cagatay have demonstrated exceptional momentum and commitment, and welcoming Ersoy Tekin into the U-Save family is a fantastic step forward,” said Richard Lowden, president of U-Save International, in a Feb. 10 news release. “Nevşehir Airport is an excellent starting point, and this partnership will play a key role in the successful expansion of U-Save across Turkey.”

Büyükçolpan and Kunac congratulated Tekin and officially welcomed him to the U-Save team as the brand continues to build a regional network.
