Partnering with the Cape Code Regional Transit Authority, Zipcar will offer two of its carsharing vehicles at the Hyannis Transportation Center. It also added two vehicles in Falmouth, Mass.

“CCRTA is happy to partner with Zipcar,” said Thomas S. Cahir, CCRTA’s administrator. “It is our intention to provide a multi-modal network here at the Hyannis Transportation Center and provide a variety of transportation alternatives to residents and visitors. We want to encourage mobility on the Cape while simultaneously reducing the need for more cars.”
Additionally, Zipcar added two vehicles at the Steamship Authority in Falmouth, Mass. Now, four vehicles will be available for reservation by the hour or by the day, according to Zipcar.
