National Car Rental Ranks No. 1 in Customer Satisfaction Survey
This marks the company's fourth year in a row getting the top rating in Business travel News' Car Rental Survey.

Customers gave National Car Rental the highest rating in customer satisfaction for the fourth year in a row, according to Business Travel News' Car Rental Survey.
On a scale of one to five, with one being poor and five being excellent, National Car Rental earned a rating of 4.44. Enterprise, Avis, and Hertz earned second, third, and fourth, respectively.
Respondents said that supplier communication was the most important factor in evaluating rental companies. A third of buyers surveyed also said that service at their rental supplier had improved over the last year, while 62% said service remained the same. 5.4% said their service dropped in quality.
National Car Rental buyers cited the company's responsiveness to billing issues, upgrade offerings, and regular representative meetings as reasons for the supplier's top rating.
