Frontline Performance Group Launches Online Car Rental Learning Platform
The membership-based platform for service-based sales skill-building is the first of its kind specific to the car rental industry, according to Frontline Performance Group.
The Frontline Performance Group (FPG) has partnered with Nevada based LightSpeedVT to create the industry’s first car rental specific, online service-based sales skills program. Members will have the opportunity to learn industry sales techniques from FPG’s “Maximizing Your Impact” seminar series.
Unlike many universal web-based sales programs, this series will provide specific car rental insights related to customer service, incremental sales, building value into your up-sell presentation, overcoming objections and the Khoury six step service-based sales process.
Members will have the opportunity to provide their managers and associates the ability to learn FPG’s content in concise 4-8 minute segments from any computer or mobile device with Internet connectivity. The platform can be accessed by multiple users at any time.
Owners, general managers and sales managers will have the ability to assess their team’s comprehension through chapter tests and quizzes. Program features like the “File Vault” and “My Favorites” will provide members with the ability to store and track FPG customized sales content specific to their locations.
According to Lynda Fleming, FPG’s director of learning and development, “The quality of the sales content delivered through LVT’s technology allows a busy car rental operator the opportunity to provide their team with cost effective, self-directed skills development. It is an ideal platform for on-boarding new team members, processes and enhancing skills. ”
